I followed the instructions concerning how to set up the phptunnel file. I was able to upload it and view it from a browser, but when I pasted the URL into the Datadmin window and clicked 'next', the connection timed out. I tried this numerous times with the same result. Can you help me get a connection to the server?

In the first step is done only one request to server. If you have configured proxy in your browser, it will not work in DatAdmin. (In curent version there is only quite complicate posibility to setup HTTP proxy, if you are using proxy, we can solve it over e-mail).
If you use not proxy, if it is possible, please send us (to mail (at) datadmin (dot) com) URL of your phptunnel file, I will try to find where is problem. (This problem wasn't be reported yet)
